Being the mother to a medically complex child has never been easy nor do i expect it to be however this provider has always gone above and beyond and made me feel like my child matters and has always made me feel he is doing his best to help me figure out what is causing the issues and how to manage or prevent them in the future. I will be the first to say that my situation is unique and due to previous interactions with other providers elsewhere my ability to trust is limited because my job is to protect my child and if it comes down to it I dont mind being the bad guy I just need my child to live and to help keep him healthy. While this issue has occurred since birth every nurse, doctor, receptionist, pa interaction at mgh/meei as a whole has made me feel like they are on our team trying to keep him alive and helping me figure out what the issue is or isnt. I know medical science has alot of things not fully understood yet all I hope for is to be treated like a human and for the staff to be willing to try and help me help him. Your staff have done this every interaction every call, patient portal message. I truly appreciate all of the thus far.

My only feedback was that the information that the surgeon provided regarding the frequency of use of the Simbacore device, which was as needed the way he described it to us, is different than what is actually written on the medicine itself. So it wasn't until I went back and confirmed what my initial recollection was that it was as needed. It is in the notes that way, but I think that disconnect is somewhat confusing.

Dr Gipson is so, so good with kids. He makes them comfortable which helps open them up (hard for a doctor to do as they are so strongly associated with shots).

Dr. Gipson was a wonderful provider. He took a lot of time in explaining all of the challenges my daughter was facing and took a lot of time explaining the sleep study that she had had that he hadn't even ordered for her. We were ordered by a different doctor and I thought that he was able to build a really good rapport with her in a really short period of time. And I think that he has a really good ability to build connection with kids and I can see why he is a pediatric specialist. So I think that he is a phenomenal doctor and I wish all doctors took the time that he takes with kids. So we were happy to have scheduled with him.

Dr Gipson was incredible with my son - he took time to engage but also come up with a treatment plan. He was very personable, inclusive and diligent. A fantastic provider!

Dr Gipson very knowledgeable office didn't take his weight bp etc or go over his meds o2 co told me that data from o2 monitor would b sent to him Dr had no clue what numbers were was our 1st visit & Dr seemed rushed he was 20 mins late & then he stoped visit cus he said he was 20 mins late for nxt patient

Dr. Gipson is wonderful to work with and makes sure my child gets everything he needs.

That he cares a lot about the patient's well-being and that he listens carefully.
