I was very impressed and comfortable with Dr. Bersell.

I have been to so many doctors over the years and I have to say that Dr. Bersell was hands down the best. He was very caring, professional but down to earth. He definitely thinks outside of the box and covers all bases. [redacted] I am l very excited to have him as my cardiologist. I have a complex medical history and I believe he is the doctor for the job!

This was my first visit with this particular provider. I felt it was a positive experience that he listened attentively and was concerned about my overall care, not just cardiology.

Great care and had exceptional knowledge about my condition

Dr Bersell saw me for the first time-Se Cuddy was away & he covered for her. He had reviewed my chart & knew I was interested in trying a new FDA medicine for me Attr Amyloidosis . He explained everything thorough. H also reviewed my echocardiogram & called me to report Star to the closest ER to rule out possible aorta dissection! I went to MGH ER where I was met by a team waiting for me! I truly appreciate his thoroughness & knowledge!!!! Fortunately, the CT scan cleared me!!!

The "nurse" who called me out of the waiting room and led me to the exam room, was unfriendly, very curt, brusque, spoke way too quickly, didn't acknowledge me in any way, then walked out (always with her back to me) said "he'll be in" and literally slammed the door behind her! Told Dr. Bersell after our session, of course, so he could address it, but should not be allowed. Everyone else there is so pleasant!
