Kevin J Heaton, MD

Dr. Kevin Heaton is a concierge internal medicine physician at Exceptional Health and a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He earned his medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, where he was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society, and completed his residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he practiced and taught for over a decade. Dr. Heaton’s clinical interests include preventive medicine, cardiology, endocrinology, geriatrics, musculoskeletal health, and exercise science. He is known for his patient-centered approach, strong dedication to teaching, and emphasis on evidence-based, lifestyle-focused care. A member of the American College of Sports Medicine and an experienced runner, he provides personalized exercise counseling to help patients prevent disease and improve overall health. Dr. Heaton works closely with trusted trainers and physical therapists to support his patients’ mobility, strength, and fitness. He values open communication and tailors care plans to each individual’s unique health goals and life circumstances.
