When I provided answers regarding nurses, there were 4-5 medical professionals who assisted me throughout the process. My answers related to all medical professionals who assisted me.

My provider was prompt and thoughtful in our time together. He explained things thoroughly and included me in how to approach it. He had been in contact with my original probider and had also discussed what was bestfor me.

Meei is a wonderful health care facility. Its staff are always engaged in helping and very attuned to pt needs.

I'm very happy with the care that Dr. McKay gives. I myself am a physician, so I kind of know, what a good physician does. He does a really great job. He has a lot of expertise in his area, and I'm very grateful to seeing someone who has that level of experience. He's available to, you know, take a call if needed in between sessions. And I'm just trying to think. He explains things well. He's reassuring about things regarding the eye can cause worry to patients. And I've felt reassured about what is happening.

Dr. McKay is an excellent doctor. He provided an opportunity for me to ask questions. He answered them. He was clear on the results of my tests, etc. I would recommend him to anyone.

It's nice when doctors introduce themselves when they walk in the room and say, hello, I'm Dr. So-and-so, instead of just walking in the room and sitting down, period. I know these doctors are all geniuses, and they are brilliant and wonderful, and I appreciate them all, but I like to know who I'm talking to, period. Thank you, period.

I wish they gave me more information as to what to expect and what is a concern. I'm new to this condition, and I am uncertain about what is concerning. I used to message with status updates in case anything was concerning, but they stopped reading and didn't reply to my last message. I feel this would be easier for me if they set expectations regarding the recovery process.
