Dr Kelsey Min Lau very capable & easy to work with

I really felt very comfortable with their mannerisms. They were just really great easy to talk to.

Dr. Lau-Min and her team that have been following my cancer ALL took a personal interest, listened to me and gave me options for proceeding, They were quick to share any and all details of what the procedures were like and both the pros and cons connected with each option. The Team method of treating patients worked wonderfully in my case, and although I will miss seeing the members of Dr. Lau-Min's team, I will mostly miss dealing with her. She has assured me that even though my treatments have been transferred to my local hospital that if I need her, all I have to do is call. The personal interactions and the kind and caring way Dr, Lau-Min took care of me was way beyond the call of duty and I will not forget the respect and caring put into every part of my experience under her and her team.

We saw three doctors, all were beyond anything I would have expected. I was so impressed with them and the amount of time they spent with us. We left with only one question and that was what plan I wanted to follow. I could not have asked for more.

All of my experiences with Dr. Min has been exceptional. Her job is very difficult and she doesnt always give good news but either way she is exceptional.

Dr. Lau was aces with me.

My doctors are life savers. They have developed a plan of attack for the bile duck cancer I have and a plan for monitoring it quarterly. I feel very confident in them and the approach we are taking.

Having been treated for prostate cancer the last year and a half, and beating it, I was already in a positive mindset to take on my new diagnosis of liver cancer. From the first contact (phone) setting up the appointment, Iwas treated with the utmost professionalism and respect, this continued throughout the in person encounter. I was made to feel like I was the most important person they were caring for. I feel very positive, and comfortable as we proceed with this endeavor.

Yes, Dr. Laumin provided and explained very in a detailed way my next steps and her communication with my other doctors, which was very helpful. And yeah, I very much appreciated her work.

There isn't enough room for the superlatives for Dr. Lau-Min. She has gone above and beyond for me from day one. So smart, so competent, caring, compassionate, professional. It feels like being treated by someone tops in her fie, because she is.
