Last experience from umass memorial this provider and hospital was exceptional and the experience was top tier

I was very pleased that my concerns with my symptoms were addressed and explained. Dr. Gazula also encouraged me to contact her if my issues did not improve.

She wasn't the provider that I've seen there one time before I'm new to the practice but she definitely knew what she was doing and talking about the medicine she prescribed me actually work she gave me an appointment and a antibiotic and my infection went away and I went to two other places and they did not get the job done

Hi, I had an experience with the laboratory with blood being drawn. I think the nurse that drew my blood was a little careless and was just concerned about that aspect of it. But other than that, my doctor is great. Thank you.

The experience with Dr. Gazula was excellent, her interest in helping me find several health challenges inspired me to do better and try harder, plans include seeking more frequent therapy sessions with Debbie Vera of Concert Health that I currently work with, for which I've made some definite progress. Dr Gazula has a plan to help me find solutions to potentially achieve better progress, again, this is inspiring and I'm finding new motivation to resolve/improve problems I'm facing. At this point, since my PCP of last 30+ years is retiring, I'm pleased that Dr Gazula will become my new PCP at my request.
