Always attentive and caring

The nurse was a little confused about who I was seeing - she mentioned nurse practitioner when in fact I was supposed to see Dr Ketwaroo. Also when she was reviewing the list of medicines, I wanted her to repeat the one she mentioned just before but she kept starting from the beginning of the list.

I feel like Dr. Ketwaroo is a very good listener and she explains things very thoroughly to me and I feel very good to be in her care and very well taken care of.
