This provider was very thorough. Took her time explaining everything. She took the extra time to look up some information that I needed to continue treating my condition. The person that saw me before the doctor was very professional and took care of her business taking my vitals and everything else very quickly.

Dr. Chuang was great. She was clear about the possible discomfort the testing caused for some patients. She was supportive as I needed help given my back issues getting on and off the exam table. Most of all , she was thoughtful, smart and understood the impact the symptoms for which I am being tested and was consistently supportive.

She is an amazing physician!! She goes over and above explaining your diagnosis and plan of care!

Dr. Chuang is probably the most meticulous, attentive, well informed and kind provider I have ever had. I have absolute confidence in her judgment and recommendations.

I am having serious problems. Mainly sleeping at night, because of pain in my back. This has pretty much robbed me of my life for almost 1/3 of my life. The provider explained to me that she was the wrong doctor for me to see, but didn't even make an effort to help me to get to the right doctor.

Too much discussion regarding eye condition I was not presenting for. Feel like I need to go to these appointments with a script in order to be heard properly. The program is well thought out and I am fortunate to be part of MHG. The one area that I would like to see expanded is the physical distance to complete the study and research.

I was ecstatic. This is the first doctor that took me seriously about my concerns and frustrations having no hand, no finger sensation with median nerve damage. And she is the first one to ever order a median nerve or nerve and brachial plexus MRI, which nobody even told me ever existed. So I'm looking forward. to getting those results for no other reason to know how long it will take for this nerve to regenerate and get more use and sensation of my hand and fingers. I'm very grateful to Dr. Chuang to put me in the right direction.

I appreciate Dr. Chuang wanted to hear from me what my issue was, rather than just reading through previous doctors notes and drawing conclusions.
