One aspect I didn't appreciate was that this providers office sent a lengthy questionnaire that required several people to help me answer. And then I was surprised when the provider did not ask a single question about what I provided in the questionnaire including very serious questions about how to manage my relationships with family especially since I have Alzheimer's. I expected to delve into this area a little more and was disappointed when it didn't happen. Also I'm pretty sure I would benefit from a psychologist or therapist and this was discussed briefly but no referral was made. Other than that this doctor is phenomenal
