Hello, yes, with regard to Dr. Malakorn-Lew, I've had her as my primary physician for the past number of years and have really just been overwhelmed with her kindness and her attention and follow-through. So that is why she is as highly recommended by me that I've indicated in this questionnaire.

recently I have been curious about the number of years Dr. Lew has been my primary care provider. Meant to ask during my visit, but forgot. I believe it must be well over 20 years. Wow! Dr. Lew has always greeted me with a warm smile, listened to and followed up on all my health concerns with honest understanding. We've shared a few humorous stories about silly family experiences, which lends a more human touch to my treatment and I am grateful. I was quite impressed on my last visit when she recommended a chest x-ray because I was wheezing. The results were a little slow getting back to her office, but she literally took time to come out of her office - 3 times, to let me know the x-ray results weren't back and to reassure me that she would stay on until the records arrived. 3 times1 I'm not sure a primary care doctor can be called a "friend", not sure what a trusting relationship like that could be called, but I think of Dr. Lew as a trusted watcher.

I'm [redacted] years old and I can honestly say that Dr. Lew is absolutely the best doctor that I've ever had. She's thoughtful, kind, she's concerned and she tries to keep me on track to better my health and I really appreciate that.

Wish my provider took more time to listen to my health concerns and not be so dismissive.

After my pcp left all of a sudden, i was given the recommendation of a certain dr. In this practice, but they were unfortunately, not accepting new patients so i just randomly chose this one.This was my first time seeing this provider. I was a bit nervous she might need to start from scratch, but to my relief, she assured me me she read my history and past provider notes very carefully. I instantly felt just as comfortable with this new provider as i did with my old one who i had for ~15 years. After the visit, i felt confident i had made the right choice. I highly recommend her

Dr. Lew is so nice, taking time to know me. Taking time to answer my questions and concerns. I didn't feel being rushed during this visit.

I would like to have more opportunity to speak with my doctor, ask questions like, so how are you feeling? What are your concerns? How can we help you today? Instead of just checking on blood pressure, reviewing meds, stuff off the computer, and then all of a sudden you're out the door.
