Wonderful Provider!

I have always been comfortable and feel Dr Townes has taken care of my needs.

I just want to say Dr. Townes was wonderful and I definitely will continue to see her as necessary. My only issue is, and it seems to be a policy of the office, to have people come in 25 minutes before the actual appointment, which I find extremely annoying because my time is valuable too. And for me to sit there for 25 minutes before even my appointment time. And that just seems like an unnecessary waste of my time. So that's all I'd like to say. Thank you.

I felt a little like Dr. Townes didn't grasp the severity of what my child had been going through. I had to push for a prescription and she seemed to think a simple OTC medicine would suffice and would revisit if it didn't go well. I emphasized the length of the trip we were taking and how far from home we would be before she agreed to give me something additional.
