Both the Med Asst and Dr were very easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable discussing my issue.

This care provider answered my questions regarding the surgery in question and explained in detail the process of the surgery.

I believe this provider was very knowledgeable and had lots of useful information to help me make my decision, but I just felt that she spoke too fast that I wasn't able to remember everything she said and I feel like some of the questions I had I couldn't ask because I felt overwhelmed with the appointment. I think the best way to give patient information in my opinion, the provider should give information and stop and ask the patient if they have any questions because when you give out so much information, the patient forgets what questions to ask.

Dr. Carruthers was amazing both in and out of the operating room. She and her team were very responsive to my questions and concerns with my post surgery complications. They checked in on me and made sure to call in other providers when the severity exceeded their office's specialization. [redacted] Overall, I would 100% recommend Dr. Carruthers to any patient seeking top surgery.

Dr Carruthers is truly wonderful, she helped me through such a difficult time and has allowed me to maintain my self confidence.

I am uncomfortable with the "did they go over your prescriptions" question. I feel like if I say no someone gets a bad score but I have cancer, I am in constantly and a week ago someone went over my prescriptions. Really no need to do it again!
