Dr.Taylor is very thorough, she listens and she explains everything. Everyone in the office (admin staff, nurses, medical assistants, lab tech) are professional and friendly.

I am extremely grateful to have such an outstanding primary care provider. Dr. Katherine Taylor consistently listens carefully to my concerns and makes me feel heard and respected during every visit. Even though I have a nursing background, she still takes the time to explain medical information thoroughly, clearly, comprehensively, and easily. I truly appreciate that she never assumes prior knowledge or rushes through explanations, but instead ensures I feel fully informed and confident in my care decisions. I especially value that Dr. Taylor provides thoughtful treatment options and clearly outlines next steps, including appropriate follow-up. Her strong understanding of my medical history and prescriptions is evident, and I feel reassured knowing my care is personalized and well-coordinated. Beyond their clinical expertise, Dr. Taylor is kind, compassionate, and genuinely thoughtful. Overall, she is an excellent provider who exemplifies patient-centered care, and I highly recommend them.
