The internet connection was not working properly and couldn't access her files, so the doctor wrote down everything she wanted me to know, [redacted] she took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand even though she couldn't access the documents she had prepared.

Dr. Choong very clearly explained the available pharmaceutical treatment options for low bone density, with enough detail to help make a decision easier. She was well prepared for our meeting and able to quickly pull up additional useful information from my medical record. This made for a very productive and efficient meeting.

I don't have an endocrinologist and it was a brand new condition that I'm dealing with and I just didn't even know where to begin and I was overwhelmed and he was so kind and courteous. And Dr. Choong was recommended actually from my sister-in-law who had seen her like almost 10 years ago. Like that's how much of an impression she made on my sister-in-law who saw her almost a decade ago when she was experiencing difficulties and turned out she had celiac disease.
