Dr. Kim was very nice. I understood everything he told me and explained to me. The nurse was also nice. I will be going back again.

I felt very involved in the process. Most everything was explained to me before it was done. There may have been a reason why he did it, maybe for the unknown =less painful, but when the piece was pulled out of my shoulder, the doctor did not tell me. It was unexpected and it did not hurt or anything just unexpected. That's all. He was a great doctor. I had great nurses and fantastic attention from all medical staff.

Understood my concerns of spine and performs muscle with appropriate treatment plan. [redacted]

I can't say enough good things about him. he hasn't even treated me yet. after a couple really bad experiences with providers elsewhere. visiting this doctor was a blessing I am looking forward to my procedure next month where I know he will do a great job

Good team work

Dr. Kim certainly knows his stuff and has taken good care of me over the years, along with the staff of Pain Clinic Nurses.

The doctor was extremely helpful. We were very impressed with him.

Dr. Kim was well prepared, diagnosed & educated me about the sources of my cervical pain & eloquently educated me & my husband. He then came up with a commonsense plan to alleviate the chronic pain. I have a follow up appointment planned.

I have been seeing Dr. Kim for nearly 10 years (I think). He, and the entire staff, have been phenomenal. The nursing staff is top notch! Competent and compassionate. Dr. Kim and his Team have made, and continue to make, a huge difference in my quality of life! It is much appreciated!

My experience with Dr. Kim has been phenomenal. He is one of the best providers that I think is in New England and I would recommend him to anybody. I have seen him more than one time. He has done procedures on me more than one time and he is just the best of the best in New England.

Provides excellent quality of care

I have CRPS and my pain has been high and low and Dr. Kim has always listened and talked to me like he cares about me and I truly appreciate him. He is the best and deserves a massive pay raise! ?

Dr. Kim is wonderful. He completely understood the myeloma chronic pain as he had treated me previously. This is a condition that returns. We made a treatment plan to address it.

When manipulating my limbs and doing his physical exam, I felt that he was thorough and got the information he needed, but it went a little fast for me and was a little overwhelming

This care provider was very straight forward. He grouped me with other people that have my condition. He never cracked a smile. He wasn't personable at all. Keep in mind this was a consultation and the first time I've ever met the man. I am going to continue seeing him. He is different from other doctors I've seen that does not make him a bad doctor. He explaned where my pain was coming from and ordered x-rays for my hip pain. I will be having a shot for the pain....

[redacted] He didn't read my chart. He didn't know about my recent appointments with orthopedic and spine doctors. When I told him what they said about my pain and back he disagreed. He spent 10 minutes with me . Very unsatisfied . I am in so much pain so I will do what he wants. His assessment was incomplete

He did not take the time with me. I was in his office for less than 5 minutes. [redacted]

As always, Dr Kim showed compassion & concern for my pain and included me in the next step in my plan to address it

Knowledge & understanding

Hi, Dr. Kim was very wonderful. He was calm, knew what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with the decisions we had made.

Dr Kim is very pleasant. Unfortunately the procedures he offers did not help my pain, but I would recommend him to others who may benefit.

Took me actually a few minutes ahead of assigned time. Easy to talk with staff as well as the doctor.

Didn't appreciate dr Kim just walking out on me and treating me like nothing

I could use a little more something for pain. My bones are, my back, my bones are bone on bone and I'll be dealing with steroids. It really didn't help. But I'm thankful we tried.
