She is well-prepared and knowledgeable. She listens and give me her honest advice. I appreciate that she doesn't use ambient recording which I have found sometimes leads to mistakes in the doctor notes. I feel safe having her for my PCP, although everyone in the Rowley office is great.

This medical practice is superb. Everyone is exceedingly kind and helpful. Things run on time and everyone spends the right amount of time with you. Dr. Smail clearly familiarizes herself with my chart before she sees me. She is thorough and always follos up on anything that can't be deal with during the visit.
