Dr. Webb knows and understands my medical history, but this appointment, and the messages and communication, etc. leading up to it were not the best experience. I messaged via my chart several times and didn't get replies. When the appointment finally came, I felt a bit rushed and felt like I had to pull information or a plan for next steps instead of her being more thorough and complete with what I should be doing after the appointment. It surprised me a bit. [redacted]

Dr. Webb is extremely good at her job. She is extremely competent and she is very caring.

I have been very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Webb. I reviewed her notes from my visits and they clearly show that she has listened to what I have told her about my health issues. She also consistently takes the time to answer all of my questions and I never feel rushed in spite of knowing that she is very busy.
