This was my first visit with Dr Charles. She was wonderful. She asked me multiple questions. We discussed my recent test and she was able to answer all the questions I had about my issues. I left her office much reassured about my concerns.

It is too difficult to get appointments. The wait time is approximately 4-6 months. I have yet been able to get an in-person appointment and still waiting for someone to get back to me.

Dr. CHARLES was very attentive to my needs as I'm grieving my deceased husband. So she listened to me intently and made some nice recommendations. I really appreciate her.

She is amazingly thorough, always listens to what I have to say and explains my treatment options thoroughly. AND - she is caring. She even promptly answers the questions I send her way via Gateway! On a scale of 1-10 she really is a 15.
