Dr. Hsu has been my allergy doctor for many years, and she has always be most interested in improving my health so it can be the best it can be. I am very thankful for her knowledge and expertise.

She knew exactly what was wrong and was able to start the process of fixing it.

Dr Hsu is and always has been the best. I ask questions of her because I trust her and her answers. She always answers whether on portal or in person. The questions I sometimes have not always been in her field, however, I have used her recommendations.

She is wonderful and listens well and ask a lot of questions about my health that I have been experiencing. We need more doctors like this to understand and listen to what the patient have to say about their health.

Dr. Hsu is a wonderful doctor. She's helped me handle my asthma. She takes time. She's very, very detailed, and I'm really, really happy with her.

Or son presented for initial food immunotherapy appointment. Our fault, we forgot necessary supplies so couldn't do treatment. A reminder from the office about supplies prior to initial appointment would have been so appreciated and prevented wasted time for provide and us. Our consult and after visit summary with this info was 10 months prior to appointment due to long lead time for scheduling. Or family welcomed a new baby in the interim, so you can understand how we forgot about the supplies to bring. Would recommend office reach out to family/ patient one or two weeks prior to an initial appointment either via phone or gateway with a reminder about supplies.

Dr Hsu listened very carefully to my concerns and gave me the medicine to help my symptoms ! She really took her time with me.
