Was not satisfied with this provider, he did not answer all my questions and was looking at the computer the whole time and when I asked a question, he looked up at my toe and said yes, which was not an answer to a question I asked. He also did not answer my questions and when I went to get my boot, they did not have the order and had to go back to him for it. [redacted]

The provider did not go over the x-rays I had just taken. He just gave me pre-printed papers as to where to buy orthotics, an ankle brace and sandals and that I would get a 10% discount. I didn't feel particularly attended to considering I was told at my prompt check-in the doctor would be 1 1/2 hours late. I feel the appt. Did not meet quality attention as I was hoping for

They barely listened to me and I was rushed through the appointment. I never got a chance to discuss my existing foot pain issues and possible solutions. My feet were barely examined and I was just given a supplement I should take written on a piece paper. No instructions on follow up or anything I could do to reduce the pain in my feet. I am a patient of Dr Hartigan [redacted]. I presented with infection symptoms [redacted]. Dr Hartigan diagnosed gout/arthritis, ordered xrays & blood labs. Dr Hartigan is a really nice man. He was being as gentle as he could removing pus from my infected toe. He kept stopping asking if I was ok. He offered me a shot to help but he also said the shot would hurt. I appreciated his concern and told him I would be okay. He has a really nice way about him

The doctor was very kind and friendly from the beginning. He answered all of my questions and recommended various treatment solutions- writing things down for my convenience. I had gone in with several concerns: primary, with a concern about whether I had a fungus on my toenails. We got focused on other concerns and I left without that main question being answered, but I take responsibility for not having circled back to that first question.

I would just like to say that the provider didn't listen to me. I didn't feel like he was listening to any of my concerns. I asked him what I should be looking for going in the future, how often should I be seen, or what am I looking for? He shaved it off, shaved it down, and he was very polite and kind. And my mother likes to go see him. She's [redacted] and [redacted] she's doing a lot better now. Very nice man. Checked my feet thoroughly. Explained the medical plan. However, I'm a decades long runner (40+ years) and am a relatively familiar with my foot issues. Some of the possible reasons for my injury didn't apply (tight fitting shoes for example, or how much I paid for them). He ended up instructing me to get certain shoes and orthotic inserts. He didn't explain why and what they would do. I'd like to know this. I want to be part of the solution. [redacted]

Dr. Hartigan is one of the best physicians I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I have been seeing him for a few years now. He's always pleasant. He is remarkably astute in what he does. He's just a very good physician and has a great manner about him. I would recommend him to anybody.

Dr. Hartigan rushed into the room, looked at my toe, took the bandage off, and just turned around and cut right into where I guess needed to be done. There's no discussion, no explanation, nothing. And then put a big band-aid on it, and then left.

I've been very disappointed with my last couple of visits to the multi specialty clinic because the wait time has been over an hour. I don't hold this against the provider at all, I believe this is it building administration/system issue it is very upsetting to me as a patient.
