Dr Lopez and the whole team were outstanding . She was very clear with me about what was going on and what to expect. She don't talk over me and explain everything in terms I could understand.

I want to mention that I got a missed call from Mass General a few hours before my appointment. No message was left, so not sure if it was the Dr office calling to review my meds. I did talk about meds with the Dr.

My experience was absolutely great. All of my expectations were met.

Even though I was very upset she was very kind and listened to me... I'm SO sorry for the way I was to her!!! She did everything she could to help me and I was being terrible to her and it wasn't even her fault she only knew what she knew she didn't know everything that all the other doctors were saying and she took my abuse I feel so ashamed of myself she handled it very well and I'm so ashamed of myself because he is a very good doctor and she tried and I was being stubborn and upset because of all the other things I've heard from all the other doctors just wasn't matching it wasn't her fault and I took it out on her I hope somebody tells her that I'm so sorry!!

Mass General runs like a well oiled machine! Best customer service in New England. I would not go anywhere else for my care.

She goes above and beyond searching for ways to improve my daily life. Listens carefully to everything I have to say about symptoms I deal with-even the severe symptoms caused by scleroderma in my digestive system. She even contacted the colo-rectal surgeon who is following my care and suggested an office visit w her.

Dr was always respectful and professional, listened to my comments and suggested flu and covid shots which I accepted.

She was well informed regarding my medical history. She asked me specific questions and we discussed our next step and arranged follow up appointments.

Dr. Rodriguez is very thorough and in layman's terms in explaining what to expect and to report immediately any abnormalities once using medication(s) prescribed. She is a great communicator who also listens and hears me (her patient). She has provided me with the gift of feeling like I've been "born again," now that I can breathe again, speak without shortness of breath; move/walk around without gasping and/or struggling to catch my breath!. Amazing... absolutely amazing care given and very gratefully received!
