I appreciate the time she took with me to explain things clearly and answer questions. She was very attentive

My ultrasound results had a mistake in them and when we tried to clarify with the doctor, she at first showed little patience in explaining the acronyms and results in the ultrasound report.

She walked in and asked how I was doing. After explaining my concerns and talking about my symptoms for a while, the provider paused and asked me to repeat everything I said. It felt like the provider was not listening to me and I was not important at the time.
