I am very lucky to have Dr Swartz as my GYN. She is always professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and friendly. She consistently goes above and beyond, and I really needed that during this past visit. I had been experiencing pain, pressure, and other symptoms that my care team could not identify. She thought outside the box and considered other causes not previously thought of. Although I haven't had the MRI yet, I'm quite sure she has found the answer. I am so grateful to Dr Swartz and her capable staff.

My ultrasound results had a mistake in them and when we tried to clarify with the doctor, she at first showed little patience in explaining the acronyms and results in the ultrasound report.

She walked in and asked how I was doing. After explaining my concerns and talking about my symptoms for a while, the provider paused and asked me to repeat everything I said. It felt like the provider was not listening to me and I was not important at the time.
