Very professional kind and friendly

It's likely that my liver inflammation problems were a result of a clinical trial for my cancer. I was very shaken up when the liver problems developed. It caused a long period of uncertainty in the clinical trial, which was already a difficult experience for me. Dr. Sack wasn't just knowledgeable, he was incredibly supportive and kind. His office was great at scheduling or rescheduling my checkin calls. And Dr. Sack was always available through the patient portal. And incredibly prompt in responding to me.

I have difficulty using the zoom appt but have limited access to the Boston office. Dr Sack and I talk at the same time (my fault) and we do better face to face.

Dr. Jordan Sack was and is probably one of the best doctors with a great bedside manner. He can explain things from a really technical term and he can dumb it down so that I can understand and process in simple layman's language what's going on with me medically. He spends a great amount of time and care. He is amazing and you're lucky to have him on your staff. I highly recommend him to other people and anybody that needs any kind of liver or any treatment that is similar to mine. Again, he is outstanding in all fields. Thank you.
