Dr Bloom combines scientific expertise with easy to understand explanations. He showed me CT Scan pictures and explained each one. He presented charts and back up evidence that helped me evaluate my situation and the risks and opportunities of surgery vs monitoring. He was pleasant and empathetic. We built mutual trust in the video conference call and after a couple of days of discussion with my primary care provider and my wife I was able to make a decision to proceed with surgery. My interaction with Dr Bloom convinced me that he was the best person to handle my case.

Rare that you leave a Dr office and feel like you were the only patient of the day; well this visit I did. Dr. Bloom was informative, caring, professional, knowledgeable... the list goes on. Exceptional care at this visit. I walked in stressed and left calm. Dr. Bloom is really good at explaining things and explaining what I need to do as a patient. He listened with interrupting and asked if I understood when he spoke and asked if I had any other questions at the conclusion of the appointment. He stated I could call him any time and he would talk to me. A patient doesn't get that in all places! I'm extremely grateful God put Dr. Bloom in my life as my cardiac care provider. I take comfort knowing he controls my care going forward!! Exceptional Dr and exceptional person!

Dr. Bloom was very professional and explanatory to a fault. That explains the hour long delay in the appointment start as I likely also took some time from his next appointment. Good in the sense of information and discussion, but bad in the sense of his schedule. Very experienced, very confident, very proactive and helpful
