Dr. Lee was very good in explaining everything that needed explaining. I knew what meds I'd be taking and what they did and how they helped. He made sure I was put on a medication I desperately needed. He said if my primary didn't do it he would and that made me feel like he cares about my mental health and my over all well being. Dr Lee was good. The one thing I would say is to show more concern for the fact that the neurologist I was seeing before him somehow never loaded pages and pages of my medical records from years ago into the system. I got records from many years ago faxed to the other Brigham provider that never made it into gateway. I have no idea who now has these pages. And when I expressed concern about this to Dr Lee, he was unresponsive. While it is not his fault of course, as a patient if I am concerned about confidential medical records never being uploaded, he should be concerned too.
