I did not see my doctor. She had an emergency. The physician was great that saw me.

I was in an in enormous amount of pain. I emailed my pcp thru the portal and got a call very soon after from a RN and arranged a virtual appt with Dr E. This was the 2nd time I had this painful event. The first one I went to urgent care & ER with no answers. Dr. E saw the test results from this and recommended a Rheumatology consult. After looking into Rheumatoid arthritis I was pretty sure that this is what I was experiencing. I'm so grateful to getting the care and expertise he provided.

The provider was very kind, understanding, and helpful in the time when I needed it most and caught things that I would not have caught on my own and helped navigate the situation.

Dr. Einbinder gave me a thorough physical exam. He thoughtfully answered all of my questions. I have a number of medical conditions, and I was impressed that he had carefully reviewed all of them before my visit. He addressed my concerns and provided reassurance. His bedside manner is excellent in that he is friendly, relaxed and low-keyed. He spent a sufficient amount of time with me.

He noticed my toe nail fungus but I neglected to ask him what I should do about it

[redacted] Dr. Einbinder was phenomenal. He listened to my concerns and symptoms very attentively and asked follow-up questions. I did not feel rushed at all during this visit. He took time to explain things to me in a way that was easy to understand and he was very empathetic. I could tell he cares a lot about his patients. Overall, I would definitely see him again [redacted]

This was a doctor I had not seen before. He was very knowledgeable and stressed that I was correct in my concern about my health issue. He didn't have a definitive answer but I was quite satisfied.

Dr. Einbinder was very attentive, carefully listen what did I say, consult if you need it with me or with other doctors, I don't know for sure because I still had the fever at the time, low grade fever. And I have very positive

He was EXCELLENT. Very patient with my confused [redacted] year old mother in law. She liked him so much she wanted him "to be her regular doctor". He was patient & explained options & treatment plans for her to me. Excellent doctor.

Dr. Einbinder was excellent. He was attentive, empathic, and caring. He followed up promptly and was clear about the next steps. Definitely recommend.

The urgent care situation was fine, however, I think if I knew it was urgent care, I would have gone closer to home.

He was an excellent communicator and good listener. He seemed thorough to me and did not rush but moved through the interaction in a timely way. He made observations about my health of which I was unaware and provided referral to appropriate medical folk. I am appreciative.
