Dr Fallon had ordered CtScan for my right shoulder. When Dr Fallen reviewed the X-rays he moved my 3 months out consult to the following week. Words can express the true gratitude and tremendous relief that my pain and function we're going to be addressed. Dr Fallon listened to my concerns. He reviewed the CtScan with me and pointed out areas that are causing the pain, loss of strength, and function. He discussed treatment and ordered the scheduling for surgery. YAY!!! Dr Fallon also didn't hesitate to review xrays from Baystate Urgent Care of my left knee taken the day before. I had injured that leg many years ago and there was a lot of hardware in the knee. I was very concerned. Dr Fallon saw no fractures and relieved my fears. I couldn't be more pleased, relieved, and grateful. Thank you... Everyone

His information was very solid. He has affiliations with providers that I know of that are very, very respected. So it was overall it was a very good experience and he told me my options.

Dr Fallon made me fell very secure throughout the whole process of my reverse shoulder replacement. I have serious medical condition but he made sure everyone followed the directions given by my specialist. This was my final appointment with him. It's been a year and I have so much movement back I'm very pleased that I went through with the surgery.
