He waits for the patient, me, to ask questions, answers all of my questions and didn't feel like he was rushing out. Seemed rushed, he was nice to speak with but had incorrect information about prior testing I had done and in his after visit notes he summarized things I had said incorrectly which made me feel like he had not listened to what I had to say

He was efficient and thorough

I'm actually don't remember the titles of the other people in the room. The first person I believe was either a PA or resident. He did all the questions and investigations of my feet and history. Dr. Kwon came in later with two other people. He reviewed my X-rays and asked quite a few questions. Another person was recording everything. Dr. Kwon gave me the treatment protocol and future date to check in on progress. I think my own expectations of fixing my foot probably has clouded my memory a bit. I was hoping to finally have my foot fixed after 6-8 months of misery, and it appears I just have to trust the processes for the next 6 weeks. Everyone was professional and respectful. I hope this works!

Dr. Kwon is wonderful. He's very attentive, explains everything clearly, and the other staff in the office were wonderful as well. I really appreciated their care. My first couple of answers to this questionnaire were wrong because I jumped the gun and didn't really listen to the rating response. So please take those first couple answers with a grain of salt. Excellent care by staff and doctor. It took almost a week for response from patient gateway appointment request and I left several message with the office requesting appointment via phone.

Dr Kwon is very knowledgeable about my situation, as he preformed surgery on me 13 yrs ago. I must say he is an¨ unbearable surgeon. The best I have ever had in my [redacted] yrs. [redacted] Simple put. A genuis surgeon.

Hi, I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Kwon. I was seen right away. I think I called at maybe 10:45 and was given an appointment with just in a few hours. There was a bit of a wait, but I was seen by so many members of this care team and everyone that I saw from the person who removed my splint to the person who told me what was happening next and taking my history to the x-ray tech to the physician assistant to the physician and then again the person who fitted my boot. It was just amazing teamwork. I couldn't have said more about this team. Everyone was very well versed in what they were doing. I felt that I was given a clear diagnosis and next steps and the providers all really took time to answer my questions. I have already recommended your office to anyone who needs someone for orthopedics. Thank you.

So the provider was running late and he did apologize multiple times, which was nice, and that he did take the time to listen to the concern. So overall, I think he was a good provider.

Unfortunately Dr kwon was running very late. He was still of help and it is likely I will have surgery with him.

Dr. Kwon was great. And I would recommend him. The Fellow who I saw before Dr. Kwon I would not. They basically said I may or may not have a fracture as was stated in the note from urgent care. They also said I could use the shoe I was given from Urgent Care or not. They mentioned a boot and when I asked if I could try it to see if it would make a difference, they said it wasn't possible. I asked the medical assistant and and a tech brought one in to try. Dr. Kwon said the Fellow already showed you the x-ray, which they had not. Dr. Kwon shared the X-ray and highlighted the fracture. No confidence with the Fellow I saw that day.

the doctor answered all my questions regarding my surgery. assured me he is available for any questions i may have. Dr Kwon also explained what would be done during the surgery and what the recovery will be and how long the recovery is.

So I found Dr. Kwon through a friend of mine, and I thought that the care and attention and the listening and the calmness, everything about my meeting with him was fantastic. He let me talk about what had happened with my broken ankle. He explained, and he was a second medical professional I'd seen with this, so I shared some of the comments I had from another doctor. He explained things to me. He went over what happened, what may happen if we went to surgery, which we did do, what the recovery would be like. He was super comprehensive, but I think the most important thing is he just gave me a feeling of confidence to go forward. And then it seems that I've heard after my surgery, it was important that I do so and had it because of what he found going through the procedure. So can't get more technical than that, but he was fantastic.

Dr. Kwon does know his subject. He very quietly relayed to the resident a speedy quiet running analysis of my case during a rushed exam, while abruptly manipulating my painful foot and ankle. The patient wanted to hear the analysis, but her question was ignored. As though she wasn't present. [redacted] So while rads were taken and a referral to PT was ordered, I'm not sure the consult was completely effective for ME, as opposed to the teaching opportunity for the house officer [redacted]

He listens intently and makes recommendations based on his expertise, your overall x-ray and past history of your surgical procedures. He will explain x-rays, like no arthritis, everything looks fine, blah, blah. That's all I have to say. Good, support, efficient, answering your questions, taking his time to answer each one.
