Hi, this provider was very helpful. He was kind. He was courteous. He did not make me uncomfortable. I was very appreciative of the care I got from him. He was able to draw diagrams for me to understand how my foot and the issues that might be happening with my foot that was causing me pain. I was appreciative of that. And lastly, he ordered the procedures that I needed, an x-ray and hopefully an MRI to deal with the discomfort and the pain that's happening so we can get to the bottom of it. I felt heard, I felt listened to, I felt seen. He was a very nice man, a very nice doctor, and I would see him again.

I was very pleased with my appointment. The doctor game me additional information regarding my previous left heel fracture and the surgical repair done that was more than I had ever been told before. Easy to talk with and I would highly recommend him.

It was really bad I went to the hale building and that is where I saw Dr P last time and confirmed address. Raining out got dropped off and come to find out it was at the Brookline office Beacon st. The girl who checked me in at Hale was curt and just said you are at the wrong address and gave me the address. I asked for a phone number to the office to call over there to be considerate to all and she said I do not have it. Really!!??? Not right at all.

You always ask me the same question; and I always give you the same answer. You ask if I interacted with the nurse during my visit. Listen to me one more time: I DON'T KNOW. No one does more than provide his first name or her first name, if that, and no one, repeat no one, repeat no one says I'm a nurse or has any insignia or any other information that implies that that person is a nurse (or not). But you never change the form to make the question more sensible; and you never train people to introduce themselves as a nurse or whatever they are. Other than that, I'm very fond of Dr. Pizzuto, and I enjoy going to see him. I had significant pain on the bottom of my foot and up near where the toes joined the foot, and he diagnosed it very carefully and suggested exercises to mitigate it. He's funny, skillful, kind, smart, and a real pleasure to spend time with. I am grateful to have good care from Dr. Pizzuto,.

Dr. Pizzuto was very friendly, knew just how to handle my problem, and was excellent in explaining to me the details of the problem, his treatment approach, and other details about the structure of my foot generally. He seemed like a very nice person; introduced himself and shook hands, and talked to me at length about my homelessness. However, I had seen a podiatrist for diabetic neuropathy for years in a different place, which my pcp was informed of, and this podiatrist seemed not to know that I had that condition. Therefore, my callus on the bottom of my foot was not trimmed, I was not offered any inserts for my feet to lessen blisters, and no future appointments were scheduled.

This was my first appointment with this provider. He was awesome! Yeah all my questions, even drew a picture!
