As a [redacted]-year-old woman, I can say it is truly rare to experience the level of care and attentiveness that I have consistently received from Dr. John Muse. Too often-whether through my own past experiences or from conversations with friends and family-women's concerns can feel minimized, rushed, or not fully acknowledged. That has never been the case with Dr. Muse. From the very first visit, he has always taken the time to listen thoughtfully, ask meaningful questions, and ensure that every concern is addressed with care and respect. I have never once felt dismissed or overlooked. Instead, I have always felt genuinely heard, understood, and supported. His approach goes beyond just treating symptoms-he truly cares about my overall well-being, which is something that is increasingly hard to find in healthcare today. Dr. Muse brings a level of compassion, professionalism, and dedication that makes a lasting difference in the patient experience. Note: went to first floor lab in Foxboro and got an skin infection where I was stuck. Hoping contaminants didn't enter my blood stream! Current MD PCP Care provider and staff are great. Will miss my PCP who is retiring. Not thrilled with Practices choice not to hire new PCP's and assign us to PA's. In complicated cases, PA's are not the appropriate provider even though they work under the umbrella of a MD. It's a risk reward play that affects patient outcomes. I'm not a fan and will be looking for an MD to facilitate my care. I'm not willing to potentially risk my life b/c of a business decision especially after billions of Covid tax dollars pumped into healthcare. Add MGH's alignment with a PBM that is solely profit driven at the expense of patients and I questioning if I need to make changes in providers or systems. I need an MD who will advocate for me even if it means pushing back against the system. A patient centric provider, not a yes person or let me consult with a MD individual regardless of how good a PA is. Disenfranchised with the corporate decisions being made at MGH.

I've been seeing Dr. Muse, for several years. He's always been sophisticated and professional. He also talks to you on a personal level which I really liked. [redacted]
