Dr. McLoughlin is definitely a very caring doctor. He always listens to me and he always follows through to make sure that I understand what he's saying. He's been very kind. He tells me things that I should do to, you know, take care of the situation, to follow up with things. So I would recommend Dr. McLoughlin in a heartbeat. He's an excellent person first and definitely a great doctor.

Dr. Mcloughlin was very thorough and very easy to talk to. He made sure to answer all of my questions and he helped figure out what was going on with my foot. And I really appreciated his willingness to demonstrate how to tape the foot and to give me resources that were helpful and the amount of time he spent with me. So I would highly recommend him.

Yes, the doctor was supposed to call a prescription in for a fungus I had and at this point the pharmacy has not received it.

This provider is great. However, an administration that is trying to judge their Doctors by some 0 to 10 metric which is impersonal and shortsighted at best.

He is empathetic, informative, and effective.

The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and patient with my questions. He took as much time with me as a patient as I needed to feel completely informed.

And I have been to a few other podiatrists over the years at MGH that I have not really been happy with, but he's great and I totally trust his advice, his judgment, and everything that he recommends.

Dr. McLoughlin was very, very good. I was very impressed with him. He didn't make you feel like you only had a certain number of minutes like some doctors do, hurry off to the next one. He took the time to really spend time dealing with my issue and he even went the extra mile, helping me with another issue I was having by helping me schedule a quick appointment rather than having to wait because I was in incredible pain. I felt it was a very helpful conversation. There were things I didn't know about my toes in my walking that he helped me to deal with better. I felt that he was respectful and allowed me to ask questions and I would like to go back and I'll have more questions to ask him. But I felt comfortable with him. I felt he was a good person, common sense, right there to help you. I didn't think he was difficult to reach at all.
