I've had actually the same nurses every time we've gone. The nurse that we had this time is amazing. My appointment starts with taking my vitals, discussing my medication and then my breathing tests. The nurse reviews the instructions for breathing in the tube which I find helpful. She was very professional.

The technicians were working diligently to complete my check-in and do the breathing test and I had questions and I get lightheaded with the breathing test and the technician was being very helpful with me I felt bad for the technician when you got upset with her because she was providing good care and helping me get a good assessment with the breathing test

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you...after a primary care visit and two urgent care visits, Dr. Costa was the first person to actually listen to me and have some idea of what the issue was. The inhaler was exactly what I needed. [redacted] He talked to me for 35 minutes in the office. He asked about all my medical history. He did the testing. And even when the testing showed my breathing was ok, he listened/believed me and gave me the inhaler and a back-up option to go on antibiotics if the inhaler didn't work by [redacted]. I felt SO SEEN. I had honestly thought I was just losing my mind and my anxiety was taking a new form or something because I couldn't get enough air for a month, but he didn't just chalk it up to my anxiety and he found a solution. I couldn't be happier!
