My visit with Dr. Ready was very good. It was the first time that I had an Orthopedic doctor treat me with respect and explain my x ray scan and also show me what was going on with my knees. I felt seen, heard and appreciated Dr. Ready's gentle presence.

He answered my questions thoroughly, gave excellent advice.

Dr. Ready was my surgeon eight years ago when I had a liposarcoma pleomorphic. He is absolutely the best surgeon and he has followed up with me in years since then and I feel very confident in returning to him that he would find a problem if there was one. He's an incredible doctor.

His trainee needs more time to present who she is and why she's arrived when he has not. Both need to explain more about the post injection experience and care needed. The primary reason for the referral did not get mentioned in the notes, and the follow-up MRI order was not issued.

Yeah, Dr. Ready was superb, got great explanations. We understood them. However, he said he was going to take the MRI results and his diagnosis to the board. I would get a call the following Tuesday, which was yesterday. I have yet to receive a phone call from them.

I had excellent experience with the care provider. When I came into the building and I waited for my X-ray, it took over two and a half hours to get an X- ray. The doctor actually was wondering and asked me what was going on and why did it take so long to get an X-ray. I didn't have an answer for him, but it was two and a half hours before I saw the doctor from the moment I walked in.
