He is a caring doctor as I explained to him my concerns with regards to dermatology issues like rashes on some parts of the body and a small dot like red spots that where itchy so he had to take a skin sample to examine in the microscope to determine what causes them.

My experience with Dr. Trinidad was, it was great. He's very friendly. It was very light and it was just a very light feeling, almost like talking to a friend. I was actually pretty nervous about, I had some spots and stuff on my body that I was concerned about. And he reassured me that I was, it wasn't what I was thinking. Dr. Trinidad is terrific, I have total confidence in him and I would recommend him, without hesitation, to anyone. My biggest concern is that our MGH physicians, nurses and other clinical team members are overburdened with the number of patient visits and their complexity. It's not clear to me that patients understand this. And when they don't, they take it out on the clinical team. I'd like to see a more direct approach to conveying this information to patients. I know there are signs in clinic advising patients to "behave". I'd like to see a handout or patient signable electronic acknowledgment to that effect. Clinical team burnout is real and I'm concerned not enough is being done about it.

This MD is amazing. - kind, smart and wonderful

Needed to get in for a concern and was able to get in quickly on a cancellation. Dr Trinidad calmed my fears and made me feel a lot better (as well as addressing the medical Issue!)

I was positively impressed by the efficiency at Dr. Trinidad's office. I barely sat down before being called in to the examination room. I was seen within a minute or two.
