[redacted] I have been with Dr. Wain since he was part of the thoracic team at [redacted] Hospital and performed my first lung surgery in [redacted]. When he went back to Mass General Brigham I gladly chose to continue my care with him there. The Thoracic hospital team in Boston was outstanding and every person that cared for me was attentive, kind, patient & overall amazing.

I'd trust him, I do trust him with my life. And I feel fortunate to be under his care

I love Dr. John Wain . I think he's one of the best physicians I've ever seen and I worked as a nurse for over 35 years. Yeah, he's like an old-fashioned doctor. He's very concerned about how you're feeling both physically and emotionally. He's a good educator. I just can't say enough good things about him. He, yeah, he's just wonderful.

I had never seen this doctor before. He was replacing my doctor of three years who has left. As a first meeting, I was really amazed and disappointed that he only took literally five minutes with me. We had no other type of conversation other than his telling me the results of my scan. He was certainly polite and professional, but I waited an hour and a half to get in. So an hour and a half to wait for five minutes was pretty appalling, I thought.

The only issue I had with my visit was that the radiologist overrode the doctor's orders to do the CT scan with contrast after I had already taken the premeds and everything, and I was disappointed with that. Hopefully, I won't have to do another CT scan because they didn't do the contrast.
