I think Dr Bianchi is an excellent dr. She was my PC for 15 years and I was happy to discover she was back at MGH. She uncovered an important health issue I need to attend to. I have a follow up appointment with her.

Dr. Bianchi was so pleasant to talk to and really took the time to listen and go over every question I had asked her. Before the visit she had taken the time to review my medical records and history of diabetes and heart disease in my family. I was very comfortable in discussing my family history and current medical conditions for me personally

My primary care doctor is scheduling very far out. I was very grateful for the bridge system which allowed Dr. Bianchi to cover for her and see me in a more timely manner. I had surgery about a month prior to the appointment and was hoping to see someone within about two weeks. However, having the opportunity to see someone and review all the follow up testing was very helpful. In the meantime, the entire office nursing team was extremely helpful with all of the tests that I had ordered between the surgery and my follow up. The whole experience was very coordinated and seamless.

My pcp retired. I was assigned this coming the practice. She was easy to talk with but Not as thorough as my previous pcp. Ah well!

I told you that I was pleased with her services and that I would like her to become my permanent primary care physician.
