My experience with Dr. Joo as my care provider is very positive. Since my first appointment , I have been very comfortable discussing my issues with Dr. Joo. She listens to my concerns and gives me excellent feedback. I feel that I have been able to challenge myself to deal with issues instead of trying to avoid them. Thank you Dr. Joo.

Dr. Joo listens to my concerns about the things I have been going through in my life. Her calm demeanor takes down the level of the anxiety I am feeling. Dr. Joo suggested that I should consider a refresher session which could help me cope better. I always feel more committed after a zoom call with Dr. Joo.

Hi, our experience with Dr. Joo was that she was friendly and professional and attentive. I just wish that there had been more options available to us and more medication options available. We have an ongoing issue with sleep that seems unconquerable for some reason and as well as a non-SSRI solution to depression. So I guess we'll be chatting with her again soon and maybe ?
