Hi, I guess most of my experiences with Dr. Dacus over the years have been just fine. This particular time I felt like we were a little rushed and she didn't really get to the degree of urgency about, particularly about sleep. Also about my pain from arthritis. So it was a little less satisfactory than usual.

While she didn't know my whole history, she asked pertinent questions and listened while I share information I felt was relevant. She was professional, thorough, and validated my concerns. I appreciate that she took my concerns seriously and referred me for more testing.

I had my first known kidney stone at the beginning of October with a severe infection [redacted] By the time we met all the next treatment steps were already in place with the urology team, but it was very helpful to have Dr. Dacus review my situation with me and think proactively about my risks for urinary tract infections in the future. She was wise, insightful, supportive and I feel much better informed and very glad to have such an excellent doctor in this primary care physician role.

Dr. was fine, relatively simple question about a cut from a fall and upcoming surgery. I had my concerns answered and she asked me about the fall. Falls, headaches, fatigue, balance problems, and injuries have been serious problems for years. I am not optimistic about any treatment that will improve this situation.

Yes, Dr. Dacus was exceptionally thoughtful and thorough, and although running a little late, did not hurry the appointment, and I think gave me excellent care that was tailored exactly to who I am and my needs. So nothing but praise.

Dr Dacus was just terrific and quick to understand that I had just received a diagnosis of wet macular degeneration that did not yet show up on my medical record. She was so supportive and helpful to me. You see I had a appointment for an eye injection the next day and was very freaked out about it. She gave me great advice and I made it through my appt the next day just fine.
