The first time I visited, it gave me a good impression.

Dr. Andrade carefully explains the process.

The doctor and the staff treat me with respect and all do their jobs very well.

She explained everything. She told me what all the options available were and which options were covered by insurance. I even got a print out of exercises to do at home. I would definitely recommend this facility! [redacted]

Jessica explained what was going on with my shoulder and brought the doctor to verify the results

My appointment had to get rescheduled twice which I wasn't pleased with. Each time the office did reach out to reschedule in a timely manner. The Dr I saw was absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things about her. She listened to my issues, showed me what she was seeing on the MRI and explained everything to me.

She was very nice when one time I encounter a detour on the road, that made me very late so the secretary and the nurse asked the doctor if could see me because I had called during the detour. So Dr. Adrade waited for me, I was very grateful for that.

Dr Andrade has always spoken to me in plain english since medical terms go right over my head. She was very clear about what she saw while doing the ultrasound guided cortisone injection and I left feeling good about my decision to proceed with surgery.

I did not feel rushed even though she was running behind on her appointments.

Dr Andrade was very thorough and she had read my medical records and was educated on my medical needs.

Dr. Andrade listened carefully and once she had all the information she needed - including her physical exam of my knee - she made a number of thoughtful recommendations and submitted an order for an MRI.
