Dr. Fewkes is an expert clinician and surgeon with outstanding judgement and bedside manner. She is the model expert clinician and surgeon, who makes decisions based on the best interest of the patient. She is outstanding in every respect.

Dr Fewkes is excellent. This procedure was the third I have had with her and the results have always been 100%. Mass Eye & Ear is a wonderful facility.

I've had many MoHS surgeries and Dr. Fewkes was exceptional. It was also the first time a surgeon arranged for a plastic surgeon afterwards and I was whisked in even tho I was more than 2 hours ahead of that appt.she was extremely gentle and conversant. There was only 1/2 hour in between layers rather than jumping in deeply. Couldn't have had a better experience and that compares to probably 12-15 other MOHS surgeries.

This is my second time visiting Dr. Fewkes for surgery. She is a skilled and gifted surgeon. I'm very happy with my results and the way her staff assisted her during my procedure.

I didn't know who had which roles ie what was Dr Fewkes responsibility vs the resident. For me it would have been nice if dr Fewkes explained who she is and what was her role. The resident did not identify himself so I didn't know who he was until he started slicing

She plans to talk on to a plastic surgeon as well, which I really appreciate that communication with the other doctors. It hasn't happened yet, but I have an appointment this week. I have been under the care of Dr Fewkes for over 10 years. I travel 80 miles each way to see her. Obviously, I value greatly the opportunity to be treated by such an experienced and world renown physician/surgeon. She is the epitome of a world class practitioner who still is a complete doctor and who recognizes the importance of and medical value of making a personal connection with the patient on every occasion. This does not always occur at the community hospital level. Her wisdom obtained directly from years of experience is invaluable in problem solving and thereafter, determining the approach for the most favorable outcome.
