Dr. Ricciuto listens and asks me questions to make sure I understand all the medication changes. Asks about me as a person not just a patient. I am fortunate to have her as my endocrinologist. Her MA [redacted] is professional and very kind. I could not ask for better diabetic care.

The doctor did thoroughly answer all my questions and the nurse has figured out a developed procedure so that I do not receive any pain from the Prolia shot. He should be commended for taking my earlier complaint seriously. He now has a procedure that all nurses should follow in giving Prolia shots.
