She spent the time - real time - to understand what was going on, explain everything clearly, and walk through every possible option. Nothing felt rushed. She asked thoughtful questions, looked at the problem from every angle, and genuinely did everything she could to solve it. We were pleased that Dr. Kreshover was able to schedule a virtual visit 2 months earlier than appt previously scheduled. My husband and I liked her right away...personable shared with us, and seemed well prepared about my case. she shared options for my surgery and expressed concern that it may not be done as soon as we would like.
