Overall, it was a good experience. I felt that I was heard and I felt that all the information that I was asking for was explained clearly. The only thing that I wasn't really happy about was when I came in, I didn't really have the opportunity to be accurately weighed in. I was still wearing all my boots and heavy clothing sweater and like I just feel like it didn't give an accurate sense of how heavy I was, which is supposed to help with my health. So I did not appreciate that kind of felt like it was done very hazardly or quickly. So overall, fine, but that's it.

She walked in the door stating something I had brought up to the MA. She didn't say hello how are you. She didn't ask if I had other questions about anything. She didn't ask how my issue of [redacted] was. We simply talked about which medication to use.

Hi, I am a super anxious medical patient, prone to crying and shaking and like really having a hard time. And I have to say Dr. Eisenberg was so empathetic and patient and really wonderful with me. It like actually was so touching to be with a doctor who took her time and was really warm and human with me. It was a great experience and really decreased my anxiety significantly. I just can't say enough about how positive my interaction was with her and how grateful I am. That's it.

Excellent communication, compassionate, thoughtful, medically very skilled, highly intelligent. Asked if I wanted to invite a family member into the post-biopsy discussion. When I said yes she went straight out to the waiting room and brought my sister to the examining room. This was hugely helpful.

I was very impressed with Dr. Eisenberg. She handled delicate questions and needs practically and empathically. I am glad I found her. I was also impressed with the timeliness of the office. I am accustomed to having to wait which causes stress. With this office visit that did not happen, and this aided the overall experience.

So many providers go over the top regarding gender stuff that it can feel patronizing, but everyone in the office treated me as any other human coming in for care. No one made a big fuss to show that they were allies but still used non gendered language and relevant medical information to my body without making any assumptions. It was 10/10 experience as a genderqueer person.

She explained things in a way that made sense and was never impatient or rude. Dr Eisenberg was direct, clear, concise, and understanding. This was my first visit to this particular OBGYN as I've just moved to the area, and I felt like the doctor was very thorough, definitely listened to my health concerns, and talked me through lots of things really, really patiently and efficiently.

She was highly defensive when I asked one question about her diagnosis and advice for treatment.

Great listener. I asked her a number of questions that may or may not relate to OB/GYN care but possibly menopause, and she listened to the mall and took them seriously.

Dr Eisenberg is a wonderful physician. She is kind, receptive, respectful and takes patient's input seriously. She spent adequate time with me, gave me a comfortable gyn exam and had read my complex history before she came in the room. She answered all my questions...I did not feel rushed. You are lucky to have her on the staff!

Yes, I found her very personable, good listening skills, for the most part very knowledgeable, maybe less so when it comes to like menopause and estrogen. I thought some of the information was slightly out of date and maybe not as proactive as I would expect given other people's discussions around menopause and older women. But other than that, I thought Dr. Eisenberg was terrific and very gentle, kind, and caring, and knowledgeable.

This provider seems to be trauma-informed and was interested in helping me take back control of my healthcare.
