I realized that the doctor apparently didn't read my MRI history, and the first doctor or nurse was very confused about my consultation. I realized that the doctor understands the subject but didn't read my exam with me, and that's rude. I hope this gets resolved so it doesn't happen to other patients of his. Why didn't he just copy my medical history that I sent him and show it to me?

The provider, as well as the staff, both clerical and nurses, cared about me as a patient, took the time, knowledge, understanding, and broke things down in a way to which I could understand thoroughly. Any questions, comments, or concerns were addressed in a professional manner, and I would highly recommend any of these individuals in that facility to a family and/or friend.

Dr Richmon was thorough, went over previous scans to compare with most recent, listened carefully, and we came to a shared conclusion on what to do.

Um, that was right after the appointment, but because we were seeing so late, um, you know, it was very much a rushed appointment, which I didn't feel too comfortable with. Um, but other than that, very, very nice. Um, feel very confident that he feels confident that he can do my surgery and I look forward to working with him.

Doctor Richmon and his staff was spectacular. After going to Baystate ENT - from all the paperwork I had to fill out and the muggy feel of the weighting room, this was a night and day experience. Doctor Richmon and his staff wasn't dismissive at all, heard my feelings and I ultimately decided to go forward with Doctor Richmon for my surgery. I feel I'm in very confident hands and can't say enough good things about this provider.

Yes, I'm very satisfied with the doctor. He was part of a team that worked on me and my only thing was I was a little confused because there was a lot of doctors involved and I wasn't quite sure exactly what each one did during the whole procedures. So that was my only critical part about it was I know all the doctors met, but they never fully explained each step of the stuff to me. Of course I was knocked out and under, you know, anesthesia, but anyways, they did a great job and well and healthy. Thanks for them. So.
