Gave me verbal instructions as well.. Said to call office again if this problem remained unresolved... Very thorough.. I appreciated her concern.. Dr. Kickham I believe has been at MGH for over 15 years..

I like how at the beginning of the calls, she says something along the lines of, you know, are you in a place that where you can, you know, speak, you know, comfortably, privately, et cetera. I think that's kind of an important thing and I hadn't ever really thought about it. So I like it.

Dr. Kickham is caring, understanding, and she's a good listener. She understands and listens to what concerns you might have, and she orders necessary exams. I'm really happy with this provider.

was extremely happy and satisfied with my care provider and all her staff. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy and I was a little bit late and no one razzed me on it or anything. I had a wonderful experience. I would recommend her or her staff to anybody.

The office is uncomfortable, the doctor is friendly, but she didn't spend much time with me and didn't reschedule the next visit. [redacted] I stayed with the assistant in the room and as soon as I put on my clothes I left without seeing the doctor again for more instructions for the next visit.

the automatic BP machines have got to go! I have borderline high BP--I have NEVER gotten an accurate reading with those machines and my BP has to be taken at least twice and sometimes 3 times. I know my BP, take my medicine religiously and take my own BP at home. Those auto machines are the worst. Let's get back to the old fashioned way of taking a blood pressure.
