Yes, I absolutely love Dr. Jennifer Moniz-Duffy. She is so attentive, very professional, always listens to you, very friendly. You never feel self-conscious in her presence. She is very nice, and the office staff is always lovely. I usually get an appointment right away when I need it. And I always recommend this staff, the office to people. You know, I just love my primary care. The location's great for me. And it's always been a pleasant experience going to this primary care.

Best Dr we've ever had

Dr. Moniz-Duffy has a great bedside manner. She goes over in great detail my past as well as current issues or concerns, talking about where I'd like to go, what tests she suggests that I still get done, especially where I have a critical illness or chronic illness. She really spends a lot of time, which is very unusual for primary care doctors nowadays, especially one that's in such high demand. I always feel comfortable with her and I respect and value her input as well as I think she does with mine. And we tend to work very well together. And I really appreciate her time and efforts in my care.

Dr Moniz-Duffy is a new provider for me since [redacted] 2025. I found her to be extremely thorough listening to all I have to say, non-judgmental. She listened to my my thoughts and opinions about some of the disorders I have. She runs appropriate bloodwork and tests, and is quick to get back to me through patient portal. I find her to be an excellent doctor.

Wonderful experience

I have been with Dr. Moniz-Duffy for at least the past 15 years. I have never once felt judged or minimized at an appointment and she genuinely listens. Plenty of people hear but don't actually listen and that is the farthest thing from Dr. Moniz-Duffy. [redacted] They have a really good thing going in the Walpole office. With that, I thank you for the opportunity to highlight a Dr. that should be recognized for her service.

She went out of her way to call and have a telephone conversation with a rheumatologist about my condition because I couldn't get an appointment at Brigham and Women's until May and she would not deal with that. So she called him and discussed my case with him and decided to go on his recommendation with treatment to see what's wrong with me. I appreciate her patience. I think she went above and beyond what she had to do. I have never worked with a physician that has been as caring, concerned, and responsive.
