My experience with Jennifer Hopp has been outstanding and I think that she is the best, the best specialist in New England.

I had an X-ray taken, and there was nothing mentioned about it. I actually, forgot to asked the doctor if she saw anything in the x-ray.

Dr. Hopp is so knowledgeable, so experienced, took her time to understand the scope of my concern and gave me the answers that I needed. She was very, very skilled and professional.

[redacted] She was short, didn't listen, and actually rolled her eyes at me. She did not allow me to ask questions and her very quick diagnosis did not make sense given all the information. I was stunned when got exasperated (loudly) when I asked if I could ask a question, then she said she didn't have time because she was double booked. [redacted]

Dr. Hopp was terrific! She saw me in a timely matter and greeted me politely and respectfully. I expressed a concern regarding the anticipated discomfort/pain that the cortisone injection into my hip joint would cause. I was clear with her that I was apprehensive/nervous. She spoke to me as what to expect and talked me through each step as it was about to occur and what I will feel - an example would be this might sting a bit etc. I became relaxed and the procedure went smoothly with limited discomfort.
