Dr. Kim was very clear and concise and had a plan of how she was going to attack the surgery. And when I saw her a couple of days later, she offered to change medicine for the pain meds and was very focused on how I felt. As far as the nurses during the surgery and after the surgery were fabulous. I can't say enough about everyone who sort of I worked with during that process before and after the surgery and I'm sure during but I was asleep. Okay, thanks.

My experience with all MGH and mass eye and ear professionals has been amazing. I came there for a second opinion, and feel safe, heard, and well cared for. I would recommend them to anyone and feel very confident in both my diagnosis and the approach to my care.

So Dr. Kim was highly recommended to me by my primary surgeon and she turned out to be just as good as recommended. I felt she was extremely competent. She really listened well, communicated well. You know, the process leading up to and including the surgery and afterwards went well. And I just felt I was in really good hands figuratively and literally with Dr. Kim.

She is so kind, knowledgeable and empathetic to my Bell's Palsy experience. I felt very comfortable speaking with her.I didn't feel rushed at all. I left fully satisfied with my visit.
