I just wanted to say that Dr. Paterson is just phenomenal. I just feel that she is so thorough and such a great primary care physician. I've been going to her for years and she is a doctor that I've just always been so very happy with. It's actually hard to find a really good doctor, I think, and she is definitely one of the best. So I just can't say enough about her. I'm very happy with Dr. Patterson. And that's it.

Dr Paterson is fantastic! I've been her patient for almost 30 years and I couldn't ask for more from a PCP.

I think that Dr. Paterson is on top of her game. She certainly has my best interest at heart. She sent me for a CAT scan and it was hard to get an appointment, but whatever she did in the meanwhile, between the first and second try, I got one the very next day at 9 o'clock in the morning. Maybe not 9, maybe 10. But I think she really went to bat to do it. And as pleased as I was that the CAT scan showed no problem, she has then went a step further and had ordered a blood test. So just in case the fact that the CAT scan was clear might not have addressed my issues. So I can't say enough about her.

She is a very gifted primary care physician. She can integrate a ton of information in my medical record, listen to my questions / requests, has detailed knowledge of so many topics, and has a great office manner - such that she can evaluate what is going on (including looking at skin issues and comment on them), make recommendations on medications / weight loss, make recommendations on follow-up (blood tests, cardiology visit), and discuss a sensitive topic - all in a short visit (not a complete annual visit). Wow. I did not fill rushed. And we covered everything. She was also realistic that my insurance company may not approve what I was asking for - and provided solid thoughts regarding how long it would take. And what reasons they might approve it. And reasons they might not. I cannot imagine a better office visit experience. Thank you so much.

Dr. Paterson followed up via telephone call late on Friday evening and directed me to have my blood drawn Saturday morning and to call the on-call # for her office thereafter to see if there would be an adjustment to my anti-biotic meds (there was) and a new px was called in and i picked it up later on Saturday. Dr. Paterson's follow up was based upon her reading my recent medical records history and assessing same in order to suggest the best course of care for me.

I have been a patient of Dr Paterson's for many years, and I so appreciate her. I have always felt I am in the best of hands with her and her staff. She is not only brilliant and caring, she is good humored! I am totally confident in the care that I receive. Thank you, Dr. Paterson and staff.

My visit was great, the back and forth communication assisted in determining a plan and more that was going on with me that had not originally been mentioned was also addressed. [redacted]. My concern about that drug and how it would affect my Osteoporosis was also brought up. [redacted] was prescribed for the congestion. I'm happy with the plan.
